House rules of Villa Bianco

Check-in and Check-out hours: 16:00 / 11:00

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00

The fee for losing keys is 150 PLN.

It is forbidden to take things belonging to Villa Bianco (towels, pillows, tableware, etc.) out of the room.

Villa Bianco is not responsible for items left in the room.

Smoking of cigarettes and other tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the entire building, including balconies. The fee for violating the rule is 500 PLN. A smoking area is designated in front of the building.

If you wish to extend your stay, you should inform the staff before 10:00 a.m. Leaving room after the check-out time is charged extra 50 PLN for each extra hour started. After 16:00, another hotel day is charged.

In the case of longer stays, rooms are cleaned no more frequently than every 4 days (change of towels, vacuuming, emptying of bins).
